User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
I am using FF developer edition 52.0a2 (2017-01-23) (64-bit).
I created a HTML page, and I set the headers from server side and meta:
My PHP code at really top of my file:
header('Content-type: text/html; charset=UTF-8');
header("Expires: Mon, 26 Jul 1997 05:00:00 GMT");
header("Last-Modified: " . gmdate("D, d M Y H:i:s") . " GMT");
header("Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, max-age=0");
header("Cache-Control: post-check=0, pre-check=0", false);
header("Pragma: no-cache");
My meta code in html:
<meta http-equiv="cache-control" content="max-age=0" />
<meta http-equiv="cache-control" content="no-cache" />
<meta http-equiv="expires" content="0" />
<meta http-equiv="expires" content="Mon, 26 Jul 1997 05:00:00 GMT" />
<meta http-equiv="pragma" content="no-cache" />
I've tried with this meta, and without meta, when meta is in I tried add all the options to the cache-control, but the results are same:
I load a page, there are some several checkboxes, I click some of them.
When I am using CTRL+F5, checkboxes are not checked.
I've inspected that the:
Pragma: "no-cache"
has disappeard from the Request headers when I just refresh.
Actual results:
I reload the page, just pushing F5. The checkboxes remains checked.
Expected results:
Checkboxes should not be checked.
Could you provide a live testcase on a testing server if possible?

No... I've tested it in a clear new project without anything else, and FF does not do this thing, so I can not reproduce. Maybe something happens in somewhere else in that codebase (legacy), I'll need debug, but it seems, this is not a problem. Please close or delete this issue.
Thx and sorry :)
