If the provider wants to prevent users from messing up then hide the SMTP servers.

Trunk build 2002-03-27: WinMe Trunk build 2002-03-28: Linux RH 7.1, Mac 10.1.3 Verified Fixed, I no longer see the smtp servers for redirector type of accounts.
