Expected results:

Since October, the HSTS Preload list has been updated automatically every day. Before that, it was weekly. But the last update was about 10 days ago (January 18, 2017) so it should be checked whether something broke.

Thanks for filing this. I'm pretty sure bug 1330680 caused this and bug 1332930 fixed it very recently.
