User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 Build ID: 20170124004652 Steps to reproduce: Head to the URL bar Press SHIFT and the letter L or Caps and letter L Problem only with the letter L. All other alphabets work fine. Actual results: The input box reads the input to be a lowercase L Expected results: The input box should have read an uppercase L

I cannot reproduce as well, I see "L[ocalhost]" Could you please try Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Procedures-to-diagnose-and-fix/Troubleshoot-Firefox-issues-using-Safe-Mode/ta-p/1687
I tested on Firefox rc 55.0, Nightly from 2017-01-24, Nightly from 2017-01-24, Firefox 52.0, latest Nightly using Ubuntu 16.04 and I couldn't reproduce this bug. I think this bug might be closed as resolved as worksforme, but if you encounter this problem again, you can reopen the bug or can log another one.
