after trying to resize the panel
STR: 1. Open the devtools' debugger 2. Click on "dock on the side" button 3. Try to adjust the size of the assets panel => This doesn't work at all. The panel jumps at the bigger width and then it'si mpossible to move it back smaller. It's also impossible to move it smaller at all. I also noticed it's possible to change the size of the breakpoints panel at all either. Note all this works as expected when the devtools are docked to the bottom.
