Updated to 45.7.0 and now all my saved folders have disappeared. They show up in Apple mail and web mail.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.12; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0 Build ID: 20161104212021 Steps to reproduce: Thunderbird automatically upgraded to 45.7.0. When I shut down my computer and turned it on later the only thing showing in the left pane was inbox, junk and trash, all the saved folders disappeared. When I log into Apple mail everything shows up as it does when I log into web mail. Any ideas on how to get them back on Thunderbird? I am using a Mac.
Try subscribing to those folders. Right click onto the account and use "Subscribe". This sounds like a support problem, not a bug. Please note: Bugzilla is NOT a support forum. It is a tracking system for bugs in Mozilla products. You can get support here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/thunderbird
Only thing showing is Junk and Trash, no other folders and subscribe was already checked.
Do you still encounter examples of update problems using newer versions?
