[Pre-requisites]:
Pin a tab with your Facebook account and close Nightly 

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Nightly (do not focus the Facebook pinned tab)
2. Receive a call on your Facebook account
3. Wait for a while (for the call to be ended) and focus the Facebook tab


[Expected result]:
- After the tab is focused, the Play Tab indicator should be replaced by the sound indicator that should disappear shortly after.

[Actual result]:
- Play tab indicator persists after the tab is in foreground. If the Play tab indicator is clicked, the sound indicator is displayed even if there is no active sound in the tab.
