133512 - Not all Ebay maps display in the browser window

When going to the main Ebay web page at http://www.ebay.com/, there are several
maps in the source.  Not all of the maps display in the browser window.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.ebay.com/
2. Look for "home | my Ebay | site map | sign out" at the top
3.

Actual Results:  Using this build of Mozilla, as well as earlier nightly builds,
will NOT display this section.

Expected Results:  I will be attaching 2 bmps to this bug report.  The first one
will show the proper page using the 0.9.9 milestone.  The second one will be the
incorrect page using last night's build.  Notice the missing line at the very
top of the page.

The milestone 0.9.9 release WILL properly display this.  Approx. 5 days after
the milestone release, the nightly builds stopped displaying this section of the
page.
