Jan has been contributing a bunch of high quality and complex patches for Fennec. He is the de facto owner and maintainer of Fennec's session store.

Oh, hmm - I can't guarantee anything further, but that list is definitively outdated - I think Sebastian and snorp are the current module owners for example (https://mail.mozilla.org/pipermail/mobile-firefox-dev/2016-July/002131.html).

Yeah, that's true. That wiki page seems to be heavily outdated. On the triage owner list Andrezj is already listed:

I'll prepare a proposal for updating the wiki page (owners & peers) and send it to the mozilla.governance mailing list.
