Details
(Keywords: crash)
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.9+) Gecko/20020325
BuildID: 2002032503
When you ask information for installed plugins (either with Help/About Plugins
or typing about:plugins in the navigation bar), Mozilla crashes with the
following message:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\PROGRAMMI\MOZILLA.ORG\MOZILLA.EXE
R6025
- pure virtual function call
I've tried to delete all plug-ins from the Plugins directory or to leave the
standard plug-in only (npnul32.dll) but the problem remains.
The plug-ins themselves work, it's only the about function that crashes the browser.
All the plug-ins were present when I had build 2002031104 and about:plugins worked.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ask information for installed plugins (either with Help/About Plugins or
typing about:plugins in the navigation bar)
Actual Results: Mozilla crashes with given message.
Expected Results: show about:plugins information page.

If you are crashing in Mozilla the best thing you can do to help the developers
fix your bug is to attach a stacktrace. If you're not building yourself you are
not out of luck. Mozilla releases nightly and milestone builds with Full
Circle's Talkback (you can get latest build on:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/) Talkback should catch most
crashes and offer to send in a crash report. Developers can retrieve that crash
report and attach it to your bug report if you provide either the Incident ID
(you can get it by running the talkback program from /components/talkback/).
Thanks for your help in testing Mozilla and reporting bugs.

I've found out the problem was with the plug-in Beatnik.
You have to delete the two Beatnik's dlls from the components directory.
