This is a fun one. (Perhaps related to Bug 1114765?) MacBook Pro Retina 13", early 2015. 10.11.6. Intel Iris 6100 graphics. Nightly 2017-01-30. Connected via a mini-DisplayPort cable (I think; I lose track of all of these identical connectors!) to a Dell 4K display. Mousing over a product image on REI.com causes the external display to turn off briefly. See the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E1E38f1aVBs
One system console message during this: 2017-01-30 4:10:06.278 PM WindowServer[192]: send_datagram_available_ping: pid 367 failed to act on a ping it dequeued before timing out. 367 is… softwareupdated, which is a bit odd. But this happens each time.
