To recreate:
1. As a registered user click 'Support Questions' from https://hwsfp35778.lithium.com/t5/Mozilla-Support-English/ct-p/Mozilla-EN
2. Click 'All Products'

Result: I'm given the 'All Products' heading with an 'All Products' menu choice.

Expected: To be taken to the 'All Products' Support Forum

Severity: normal → blocker
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
The support question structure was addressed elsewhere and now only contains product boards.
