[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Firefox with clean profile.
2.Create extensions.webextPermissionPrompts and set it to true.
3.Restart the browser.
4.Navigate to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/block-images-webextensions/?src=search and install the webextension.
5.Go to about:addons and disable the recently installed webextension.
6.Install it again from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/block-images-webextensions/?src=search
