Steps to reproduce:

I noticed this since the 53 update on Dev Edition.
The text on the tabs looks blurry.
When you scroll the tabs they turns sharp again(only on compact theme), but leaving it idle for a second or two it will go back to blurry.

It seems to only happen to the tabs where the text overflows.
There is a slight difference between when things turn sharp or blurry on the compact theme and the default theme. But it comes down to the same thing.
