Many dialogs with "Ask me next time" or "Don't ask me next time" checkboxes have
initial focus on the checkbox rather than on the default button.  Examples:

- The default-browser dialog for starting a new nightly (zip build).
- The warning dialog for sending a message with Ctrl+Enter.
These are the nsIPromptService::ConfirmEx() dialogs

vrfy'd fixed with 2002.10.22.08 comm trunk builds. tested with the warning dlg
for sending msgs and the dlg for activating caret mode (F7).
