I need to move the NSS_CLIENT_TAG again to pick up the
latest NSS bug fixes.  I will add the bugs as dependencies
of this bug.
The list of bugs is:
- bug 130522: ASN.1 decoder asserts with corrupt input
- bug 131427: libsoftokn3.so does not have sccs and rcs version id strings
- bug 131430: Issues with the version information resource of softokn3.dll
- bug 132461: Need better functions to load and remove modules dynamically
- bug 132483: ckfw destroys an object before its handle
- bug 132889: ssl_WriteV behaves incorrectly for non-blocking sockets
- bug 132899: ssl_SecureSend sets PR_WOULD_BLOCK_ERROR after partial write

These are the bug fixes that we checked in after NSS 3.4 RC1 (which the
Mozilla client is using) and will be included with NSS 3.4 RC2.
