1336423 - reduce warnings from SETA

SETA can produce many log messages in a gecko decision task, especially on branches where we do not support SETA:

look for this:
[task 2017-02-03T05:19:29.189512Z] SETA is not enabled for project `date`


there is a failure after all of those, I am not sure if it is related- lets at least fix the logging method.
