Steps to reproduce:
see http://www.fpdf.org/ -> scripts -> Form Filling (near bottom of list)
Execute the example ex-array.pdf which generates a pdf file which should display in a new FF tab.
Actual results:
The generated pdf file does not display correctly. The data boxes of the form do not display.
Expected results:
The example data in the script should fill the form template in file template.pdf.
The results obtained with current FireFox and current Adobe addon should be the same as obtained with Internet Explorer v11.576 and adobe addon v11.0.16.13 added by Adobe Acrobat XI Pro
