In bug 1317671 I believe I got to the bottom of the "intermittent blue" task runs in generic worker, so in this bug, I'd like to upgrade the NSS workers to the latest generic worker release (7.3.0). After releasing, I'll retrigger some existing nss and nss-try jobs, to make sure all is ok. *Hopefully*, after this rollout, we'll see far fewer blue task runs.
