Details 
We need to add some code to the transform 'enable_code_coverage' that will add the run-on-projects flag to all the tests that are being scheduled and running on a code coverage build.

Joel, I've been able to modify the transform relatively quickly. You can change the reviewer to someone else if you can't do it.
