please add PIDs to the apache access logs for reviewboard*.webapp.scl3.
it would be useful to track down issues such as bug 1333269.

Tacked it onto the end of the log line.

Except the old webops config gets in the way, so fix that AND take care of the repeated remote IP...

Aaaand that still doesn't work because 'combined' is defined somewhere else and being overruled. Really fixed.
