Build: 6.0(2) Release 
iOS: 10.3b1
Device: iPad mini 4

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new tab and go to google.com
2. Double tap on Home button and close Firefox
3. Re-open Firefox

Actual results:
- Upon session restore a blank page is displayed. 

Expected results:
- The site should be displayed.

Note: 
- This is also reproducible for any of the Home Screen panels (Top Sites, Bookmarks, History, Reader List).
- Issue is reproducible only on iOS 10.3b1.
- This issue is not reproducible on latest Nightly. It is reproducible only on 6.0(2) released version.

Re-test in 10.3b2
This issue is not reproducible on iOS 10.3b2 Firefox 6.0(2). I will re-open if I encounter the issue again.
