With funnelcake 99 or 100 the downloaded stub file name is "Firefox Setup Stub 51.0.1.exe". It should be "Firefox Installer" instead per funnelcake requirements.

I assume we still want the .exe extension in the new name. to be explicit we want:
98: "Firefox Setup Stub 51.0.1.exe" (leave filename as is)
99: "Firefox Setup Stub 51.0.1.exe"->"Firefox Installer.exe"
100: "Firefox Setup Stub 51.0.1.exe"->"Firefox Installer.exe"

We ran this by verdi, it will be "Firefox Installer.exe".

I am fine with whatever works as it shouldn't impact measuring the KPIs.
