Steps how to reproduce with Server-Installation of  unofficial (by FRG)  en-US SeaMonkey 2.51a1 (NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:54.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/54.0 Build 20170204194856  (Default Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit:

1. Launch SM Browser
2. 'Into location bar type "about:crashes" → <Enter>
   » List with crash report IDs appears
3. On first item in list 'rightclick → Open in new Tab' (my preference:
   stay in old TAB)
   » New tab opens, focus stays in crash reports ID list
   » suspicious: all items in list: link color changes to "visited"
   » Bug: link target is 
     <https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/about/throttling>
     instead of a crash report for the ID

a) This is not 100% reproducible, sometimes (under particular 
   conditions?) link target will be the correct crash report
   more investigation will be required
b) NOT reproducible REPRODUCIBLE with official  German 
   SeaMonkey 2.46 FINAL  (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:49.0)  
   Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0 Build 20161213183751  
   (Default Classic Theme)  on German WIN7 64bit
b1) Quit SM 2.51 and launch 2.46 with "restore last session" will
    show <about:crashes> list with "unvisitid" link color (except
    really visited links, of course)
b2) rightclick  →  open in new tab works fine with 2.46

c) Same problem with FF Nichtly 54.0a1 (2017-02-01) (32-bit)
