on the https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Mozilla-Hilfe-Deutsch/ct-p/de homepage and other navigational pages there is a big banner/link "Choose a product or _ask the Community_", but you cannot file a new question because there is no support forum / board enabled for that locale.
Would it be possible to take out this banner for locales without support forum or alternatively redirect the "ask the community" link to a localised version of https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Documents-Archive/Get-community-support/ta-p/26357 (for german it would be https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Documents-Archive/Hilfe-durch-unsere-Gemeinschaft-erhalten/ta-p/26726 ), which genuinely contains some forum/chat options in the user's locale.
The fix is in place (I changed the forum string for all locales until we set the forums right), but I can't publish it to the live site yet as "Studio publishing is disabled because prod community is in a scheduled maintenance window." (need to investigate the length of this window separately.
