To reproduce:
- Launch apprunner
- Load a page on a slow server that contains links (I used the Tinderbox button
in apprunner)
- While the page is loading, click on some of the links displayed in apprunner

Result: The link are not followed, and the link colors do not change. Once the
page has finished loading, it then works as expected.

Expected result: You should be able to follow links before a page has finished
loading.
