1337941 - Ghost window when opening cleopatra profile

STR (reproduces for me in a clean profile):
1. Open https://clptr.io/2ksb0aU
2. Click on a few of the stack frames in the tree view (not sure if this is necessary).
3. Close the tab.

If I go to about:memory after that, the cleopatra window does not go away. Eventually it's listed as a ghost window. Hitting minimize memory usage causes it to go away. Generating a verbose GC/CC log also causes it to be collected. It seems like the bug is probably in CC optimizations.

I wonder if it goes away when the next full GC runs.
Sounds less likely to be an issue with CC optimizations.

I can't reproduce this anymore, even with an old build.
