Description

Environment: 
Devices:  
- Huawei Honor 5x (Android 5.1.1);
- Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (Android 5.0.1)
Build: latest Nightly 54.0a1 (2017-02-09);

Prerequisite: Full-screen browsing option is enabled.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Firefox;
2. Access a webpage that contains text (e.g.: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mozilla)
3. Long tap and select a word from the text area.

Expected result:
Text selection menu is triggered on the URL location bar area, displaying following options: Select all, Copy, Search, Share and Check.

Actual result:
Text selection menu is not displayed at all or it's only half displayed.

Text selection menu is displayed completely when scrolling the webpage.

This is no longer an issue in the current version of FF.
