It's not clear where to file issues or make changes, since there is no contribute/source/file bug link on: https://riskheatmap.security.mozilla.org/ In addition there is no contribute.json (though this is less useful for end-users anyway).

Got a chance to move the old readme.rst from the initial template out of the way and updated the base libraries (jquery/three.js). Unfortunately got distracted by breaking changes in three.js ;-[ Anyway, to answer the question. The heatmap itself is at: https://github.com/mozilla/riskHeatMap which includes the three.js heatmap and the surrounding OKTA auth, menu, etc. Anyway, threw this in today. Does it resolve/fix? https://github.com/mozilla/riskHeatMap/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md
Ah thank you for making those changes. However I meant more as a visitor to https://riskheatmap.security.mozilla.org/ and subsections within (seeing as eg the observatory dashboard uses a different repo), I was looking for a header/footer link to "file a bug" or "source" that would help me do the right thing and report omissions. (Context: I'd ended up on https://riskheatmap.security.mozilla.org/observatory/ from a Goals/OKR Mana page about making X% of sites meet a certain rating, since I wanted to see if any of the sites I had control over needed improvement, but then noticed they weren't even listed there.)
OK, understood. April is looking into expanding the dashboard to cover all Mozilla sites. There are some performance issues she's worked out (700+ sites altogether) and is tracking in https://github.com/mozilla/http-observatory-dashboard/issues/14 I'll mark this resolved in favor of the github issue. Please reopen if it doesn't address it.
