Pull down menu is offset from pulldown widget by centimeter or so. Scrollbar is displayed horizontally as opposed to vertically! Note: this isn't even a native widget as it should be. See forthcoming images.
This screenshot from IE in XP shows how the widget is supposed to appear/behave. Note two things: first the difference in appearance for a native widget (there should be none); the nonexistence of the scrollbar (which was never necessary due to the length of the pull down menu but, if it were necessary, would have been rendered vertically).

Strike comment 3, I was drinking turpentine. I see a horizontal scrollbar in the select widget at <http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/downloads/servicepacks/sp3/sp3lang.asp> when xblfc is enabled, linux trunk cvs 2002-08-17. I don't see the list being offset/detached there (though I've seen such things happen on occasion). confirming

updating url, the original url <http://www.abb.com/global/USABB/usabb045.nsf!OpenDatabase&mt=html&l=us> no longer has a <select>. I see a horz scrollbar at <http://www.abb.com/> in the third <select> ("- Select Industry Portal -").

WFM in 6/11/02 and 1/08/03 Trunk Builds, Win XP and in 1/08/03 Trunk build, Linux. Scrollbars are vertical, as they should be.

Reporter, can you still reproduce the bug using a current trunk build?

Reporter, why does this have [XBLFC] on it? Is this only with XBL Form Controls enabled?

XBL form control bugs are no longer *especially* relevant to anyone.
