I often notice that the number of tabs which I have open is excessive, and when I do that I often use the "Close Other Tabs" context menu option to close the other tabs which I have open. I also often open new windows, and would like to be able to "Close Other Windows" as well as "Close other tabs", to allow me to dramatically and easily clean up my browsing session after my window situation has gotten out of control.

I should note that I feel like windows which have pinned tabs in them should not be closed by "Close Other Windows", and instead all non-pinned tabs in those windows should be closed, in order to be consistent with "Close Other Tabs".

The vast majority of users don't open enough windows to make this worthwhile, so I think this is add-on fodder.
