Platform: Windows NT (only; works as expected on Linux)

To reproduce:
- launch apprunner
- select File | New Browser Window

Result: A new browser window is generated, but it is (and remains) blank.

Expected result: the default home page should be loaded.

This is working for me in the 1999082316 builds on both win and mac. marking
works for me. Any chance your default homepage is about:blank:)

No chance it was about:blank; I think this was only a transitory issue...
marking verified (mystery fix!).
