Steps to reproduce:

1. Open MJPEG stream
2. Make window small enough so the mouse cursor shows a lens symbol with a plus sign on the image/stream
3. Click on the image/stream


Actual results:

1. Image is enlarged
2. The next frame resets the image size


Expected results:

1. Image is enlarged
2. Next frame keeps the size

Happens with nightly Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:54.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/54.0. Full page zoom (Ctrl + mouse wheel) is not affected.

I've reproduced the bug using STR from comment 0 and comment 3.

This is verified fixed on 54 beta 1 (20170420081804) across platforms: Windows 10 x64, Ubuntu 16.04 x64 LTS and Mac OS X 10.11.6.
