Steps to reproduce:
when using bugzilla for the first time, tried using GitHub to log in...once authorized Bugzilla on Github, back on the bugzilla site it told me user not found and I would have to create an account.
Actual results:
Once I clicked "create account" it took me to the report a bug site (which is what I was trying to access before I had to login) ...i.e. it's displaying that my user account isn't there when I've already authorized..theres a page that doesn't need to be there
Expected results:
Should have taken me from authorizing bugzilla on github straight to the page I was trying to access on bugzilla (report a bug)
