Details
Since adding GPU processes [0], it seems some histograms have stopped being aggregated [1]. It's unclear why. [0] https://github.com/mozilla/python_mozaggregator/pull/29 [1] https://mzl.la/2kk8N2Z

Good news is, the data is all there. This seems to be a frontend problem with TMO. The service is correctly returning the histograms for the seemingly "missing" dates.

Side note, you can test this by running `curl -X GET "https://aggregates.telemetry.mozilla.org/aggregates_by/submission_date/channels/nightly/?version=54&dates=20170212&metric=GC_MAX_PAUSE_MS"`

Okay, I've narrowed the issue. We do have the data being aggregated, but the previous value for child was {true, false}, while now it is {"true", "false", "gpu"}.
