Form values are not remembered.
I can't even do Inspect Element on this page.

Can you please add some steps or more detail about what actions do you make to reproduce this issue, on what OS? Thanks

Linux.
Fill out the fields and submit the form.
Now fill it out again... you'll see nothing was remembered.

I can use Inspect Element on it today though.

Hello Dan, there are sites that tell Firefox not to remember form history, please see: https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Firefox-won-t-save-settings-or/Firefox-doesn-t-save-web-form-entries/ta-p/2548#w_autocomplete-does-not-work-on-certain-forms.
Based on the above, marking this issue as invalid.

That would make sense if there was markup that did this on the example page (autocomplete=off attributes), but there isn't, as far as I can tell.

Maybe Matt knows what's going on here.

There may be a number of reasons why that form didn't work as expected, but in 2022 these links are not working and Contact Us does not have a form anymore. There is nothing actionable now. Please reopen if there are more details available.
