On https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi we see several items for "Firefox" but not one mention of Aurora. They should also say that Aurora bugs belong there too.
On Desktop, Aurora is called "Firefox Developer Edition" and doesn't show the text "Aurora" anymore for some time. On Android, it's called "Firefox Aurora". Is there a place left where it's only called "Aurora"?

OK, then at least on the Android one is not sure if one came to the right place...
Not sure about the others.

Firefox Nightly, Developer Edition, Beta, and Release are different release trains of the same product, bugs indicate which train by using the Version field and Release Status flags. If a version is not specified, BMO tries to set a version based on the user agent string it gets (which would indicate if it's nightly, dev, beta, release.) The changes you describe are a different modification of the bug entry helpers.
