Steps to reproduce:
Updated to Firefox 51 from 50.
Actual results:
The 'oldbar' extension I've used for ages to restore the location bar to the compact style Firefox originally provided ceased to work.
Expected results:
It should've continued to work.
I find the new location bar in Firefox 51, without the assistance of the oldbar extension, quite intolerable because the placement of addresses and titles are actually /reversed/ from what they have been in the past, forcing the eye to jump all around right & left to find the text one desires instead of just being able to read from the very left naturally. It's also gargantuan.

Yes, oldbar was useful, but is maintainer would have to update it..

With Firefox 57, all add-ons are WebExtensions.
