STR:
1. Open inspector
2. Click on networking
3. Click on a request
4. Resize the header section to be small

I notice both these issues:

1. Text wrapping of headers isn't consistent, [learn more] links don't wrap at the same point.
2. Horizontal scroll hides part of the text when scrolling.

The following fixes the learn more link however the header value itself then has issues and the header should probably have some form of wrapping too:

.treeTable .treeValueCellDivider {
 justify-content: end;
}
.treeTable .treeLabel {
    width: 200px;
    display: block;
    word-break: inherit;
    white-space: pre-wrap;
}

This might actually be a regression as I only spotted it the other day, Also the CSS inspector styles handle this form of layout far more neatly.
Thanks for the report!

This might be fixed by implementing bug 1337690 but, let's keep it open for now.
