This is just "max difference: 1, number of differing pixels: 23", i.e. a visually-imperceptible difference.  The differencing pixels are on the edges of dots in a dotted border, towards the bottom of the screenshot.

This has only happened once, it seems, so it could be a one-off from bad memory or something. But if it keeps happening, this seems like an obvious case for a minor fuzzy annotation.
