When I want browser window to stay in the task bar by minimizing it, it pops up.

I know this should be declare as a duplicate, but I cannot remember the original
bug report number.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Minimize browser window


Actual Results:  It pop-up and won't stay minimized

Expected Results:  Window must stay minimized in the task bar.
After some research, this bug is a duplicate of bug 120155.

So, it is no longer useful !
