Rightmouse events fall through applets running in Netscape and launch Netscape
right mouse menus

A good example of this can be seen with www.storydata.com

After the applet is finished loading click the retreive the databeacon right
mouse menu. It is launched but it is below the Netscape rightmouse menu. This is
only a problem in Netscape using the sun 1.4 pluggin. IE with the sun pluggin
works correcty as well IE with IE pluggin runs correctly.

I don't know what you mean by "click the retreive the databeacon right mouse
menu" but I've found that anywhere I can get a "java" context menu to pop up in
IE I get the same java context menu in Mozilla 1.1alpha+ build 062608 and the
Sun JRE 1.4.0_01.  I don't see any Mozilla context menus popping up anywhere. 

Additionally, this isn't the correct place to report bugs on Netscape. Please
use the Netscape form at http://help.netscape.com/forms/bug-client.html  If you
can reproduce the problem in a current Mozilla test binary (1.1alpha or a newer
nightly build) please reopen this bug with clear steps to reproduce (where,
specifically, in the applet did you context click (a screenshot would also be
helpful))
