1340133 - old-tests/submissions/Infraware - session_history tests do not run, not_use/ tests all timeout

we have files in tree for Session_History, but I do not see them running at all, is this expected?

Also the not_use tests all timeout and are annotated as that- this seems like we could optimize our resources, what specific value are we getting from this?  the path name indicates we shouldn't be running these:

:jgraham, could you add some context to these- I want to make it easier to understand what we are running and for the case of Not_Use if there is a specific reason we are running these despite the name and the expected timeouts.

There aren't any tests under Session_History anymore. The Forms/Not_Use ones seem to be old manual tests; they should be renamed to have .manual. in the name.

select_selectedindex.html is still here, and I noticed that the related .ini file was deleted, just verifying this is intended.
