Details

[Affected versions]:
Nightly 54.0a1, DeveloperEdition 53.0a2

[Affected platforms]:
I was able to reproduce this issue only on Mac OS X 10.12

[Steps to reproduce]:

Before you start make sure you have only 1 camera installed on your computer.

1. Go to https://people.mozilla.org/~fqueze2/webrtc/ and click on Video and then click on "Allow" button.
2. Go to https://facebook.com, login and start a Video Call.

[Expected result]:

Video Call from Facebook starts and also the capture from the first step is still working.

[Actual result]:

After Facebook call starts the capture from the first step freezes and also the capture from Facebook doesn't work.
Assuming facebook uses a plugin rather than webrtc to start the call, then this is a duplicate of bug 1297029.
