I'm leaving Mozilla soon and would like to get a commit account under my personal email address (it's currently gwright@mozilla.com). I don't know what the process for this is, or what issues there are with such requests (I've been informed there might be trust issues?).

George: If you already have L3, this should be a simple case of just having Infra | MOC make the email change on your account. Moving the bug over to them.
