1340494 - Background tabbed YouTube videos should not autoplay

STR:

1. Open a link to a YouTube video in a background tab.
2. Wait until a few seconds after the tab loads.
3. Visit the background tab.

Expected:
The video should not play until step 3.

Actual:
The video starts playing during step 2.

I was told this issue by a Chrome user, and have verified that this issue is apparent in Firefox and not in Chrome.

Attachment: Bug 1340494 - Remove -FS option on SIMPLE_PROGRAM.

Although bug 1322703 is backed out, we can remove -FS options to build SIMPLE_PROGRAM.
