[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Visit https://goo.gl/K9rrxQ .mp4.

[Expected result]:
- Video is played inside Firefox.

[Actual result]:
- Video is downloaded.

[Regression range]:
- This is not a recent regression, it reproduces back to Firefox 28.0 RC

[Additional notes]:
- Not sure if this is the a real issue or not, maybe it's intended. Maybe a dev could clear things up.

Mass wontfix for bugs affecting firefox 52.
status-firefox52: affected → wontfix
H.264/AAC decoders are not present on XP so supporting MP4 is not possible, we also no longer support XP.
