134084 - Forcing to keep mozilla in memory.

Quick Launch works fine until I do something what consumes memory, like playing
game or working with some 3D app.  It takes eternity to bring Moz back from
Quick Launch because Mozilla instantly give all memory to other processes.

So, want that Mozilla forces to keep it's core (and some extra needed stuff) in
memory no matter what. At least it would be great have such option.

In bug 36283 we decided that forcing Mozilla to stay in memory was not a good
idea.  It would make your game a lot slower for a small improvement in the time
it takes to switch back to Mozilla.  The problem you're encountering is
described in bug 76831, "slow startup after long periods of inactivity
(minimized window)".
