Steps to reproduce:

* Open a "Shopping" container tab and log into ebay.com
* On a "no container tab", on any location, Open page information, go to security tab and show cookies.
* Delete cookies for ebay.com 



Actual results:

Cookies got deleted on ebay.com on my Shopping container


Expected results:

I expected the cookies to be deleted only for the current "no container" container and keep the cookies under the other container separate. I wanted to remove track of this domain only in the "no container" but not on the "Shopping container"

Ideally, cookie management would be linked with each container so I have better visibility of what cookies are set on which user context.
