1341122 - Emoticons don't appear in inserted text and all text after emoticons

Emoticons and all text after them will not be saved in comments and descriptions.

Since this is a bug about Bugzilla 4.4 and bugzilla.mozilla.org not handling emoticons, I can't exactly use emoticons in this description. Assume "\o/" in the text that follows is a randomly chosen emoticon.

STR:
1. Go to https://landfill.bugzilla.org/bugzilla-4.4-branch/show_bug.cgi?id=1
2. Add a comment with "emoticon test \o/ this text will not show up"

Actual Results
2. The comment is saved as "emoticon test"

Expected Results
2. The comment "emoticon test \o/ this text will not show up" is saved as is

For BMO, we're working on this. For upstream bugzilla, this can be accomplished by using Postgresql or using the patch in bu 1253535 combined with mysql 5.7, with large prefixes and the dynamic or compressed row formats.
